Account Clearance (Check Withdrawals)
We want to make it easy for you to withdraw any available gaming funds you have in your account.
If you decide to close your account, please request a withdrawal through one of our available methods on-site. To learn more about these options please click here.
However, we are also happy to issue a check to you if you have closed your account with any funds remaining in it.
In addition, a check can also be issued if you have a withdrawable balance of $10,000.00 or more.
The turnaround time to receive your paper check once it's requested is between 7-10 business days, however, that time is also dependent on the US Postal Service.
Please note any outstanding verification documents may be required before your check request is processed.
