What is Mastercard® Debit Withdrawals?

• Mastercard® Debit Withdrawals is a secure money transferring method that allows you to seamlessly withdraw funds directly into your bank account using a Mastercard® Debit Card within 24 hours.   
• Mastercard® Debit is quicker than ACH Instant eCheck withdrawals.   
• To set up Mastercard® Debit Withdrawals, simply make a deposit using a compatible Mastercard® Debit Card.  
• While most Mastercard® Debit Cards are authorized, some banks are not compatible with Mastercard® Debit Withdrawals. Please contact your bank for more information.  
• If you’ve already used a Mastercard® Debit Card to make a deposit, you’ll automatically be able to withdraw funds using the same Mastercard® Debit Card (as long as your last deposit was made using your Mastercard® Debit Card).
• If you used your Mastercard® Debit card as your most recent payment method, then your default withdrawal method will automatically be switched to Mastercard® Debit Withdrawals.

How do I make a deposit using my Mastercard® Debit Card?

• Log into your account.  
• From the home screen, click on the “Deposit” button on the top right of the page.  
• Select “Mastercard® Debit” as your payment method.  
• Fill in your card details.  
• Click “Deposit.”  

How do I make a Mastercard® Debit withdrawal if I’ve already deposited using my Mastercard® Debit Card?

• Log into your account. 
• Make sure your most recent deposit was made with your Mastercard® Debit Card.
• Click “Menu” > “My Account” > “Withdraw” > “Withdraw.”  
• Enter the amount you’d like to withdraw.  
• Click “Withdraw.”
