We are pleased to announce that our app is available on both Android and iOS device platforms.

All you need to do, is head over to the Google Play Store and search for Bally Casino to download the Android mobile app. If you are using iOS, please go to the App Store to download to your device.

Please ensure that your Location Services and Wi-Fi are enabled for both the device itself, and on the app. 

Why is the app asking for permissions?

There are three permissions that the mobile app requires and here is why:

• Access photos, media, and files on your device (Required) - This allows the app to use your phone's storage and provide you the latest updates. You cannot proceed to play without this permission being allowed.
• Make & manage phone calls (Optional) - This allows the app to detect what device and operating system you're using so it can optimize your experience.
• Access this device's location (Optional) - This allows the app to geolocate you, which is not required to access the app, but is required to make Real Money wagers. Keep in mind that we are never accessing personal information, files, photos, etc. Android itself controls the permission messaging and it's not reflective of how we use them.
