You will need to enroll with the payment processor (VIP Preferred) in order to withdraw back to your bank account. 

You can enroll by entering your driver's license number, followed by your routing number and bank account number. Withdrawing back to your bank account via ACH/Instant eCheck, once enrolled is as simple as selecting your enrolled bank account, entering your withdrawal amount, and clicking confirm!

When will I receive my ACH withdrawal?

Once you have requested a withdrawal on the site, it will show as Pending. 

We aim to process your withdrawal within 24 hours. After it is processed, the clearing timescales depend upon your chosen method of withdrawal.

ACH withdrawals can take 3 to 5 working days for the bank to process the funds into the bank account.
