Why do I need to send my identification documents?
We want to ensure your online gaming experience is as secure as it can be, and as a licensed operator of real-money games, we are required to make sure the details on your account are correct in accordance with Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. We also need to verify that our players are 21 or over. We will let you know via an on-site message, or by email, if any documents are required, and we'll let you know which documents are needed in your case.
Accepted Verification Documents
Proof of Identification:
- Driver's License
- Passport
- Any other Government issued Photo ID
Proof of Address:
- Utility Bill
- Bank Statement
- Credit Card Statement
Please note that this needs to be less than 3 months old.
Proof of Credit or Debit Card Ownership:
- Front and Back of Credit or Debit card used to deposit, showing the first six and last four digits of the long card number, the card holders name, and card issuer name.
You are able to cover the other central six digits of the long card number on the front (not the first six and last four digits), and the CV2 number (the last three digits on the signature strip) on the reverse of the card.
Please rest assured the remaining details will be stored securely and only used for the verification process.
Proof of Bank Account:
- Bank Statement
This should show the Bank Account holder's name, the account number (if the Statement only shows the last four digits, this will be sufficient) and the Bank's name, logo or letterhead.
We may also request additional forms of identification (including a Social Security Card) to complete the account verification process.
