A Gaming Session limit runs 24 hours.  Created session limits will begin at the exact creation time and reset 24 hours later.

By way of example, if you have a limit of 60 minutes, and play at 10 a.m. EST for 1 hour, you will be able to play again at 10 a.m. EST 24 hours later.

If you decide to split your session throughout the day, your limit reset time will start from when you finish your last game. For example, if you have a limit of 60 minutes, and use 30 minutes in the morning at 10 a.m. EST, and use your remaining minutes by 8 p.m. EST, your limit will reset at 8 p.m. EST, as this is 24 hours after your last session period.
