A Cool Off is where you can set your account to be closed for a period of time of your choosing so you can take a break from the site. This can be for any period, with the minimum being 72 hours. Your account break will end automatically after the last day of the period you selected.

If you set a Cool Off, you cannot login or access your account at all until the period you choose runs out. For example, if you set a cool off for three days at 12pm on January 1st, you will not be able to log in again until after 12pm on January 4th.
