How to Self-Exclude
You may request to voluntarily exclude access to your online account by enrolling in the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board Self-Exclusion Program.
Please note, Bally's staff cannot complete or assist in this process for you, as the decision to Self-Exclude is a voluntary choice and this process must be completed by you.
To sign up for the Self-Exclusion program, you must submit an online application using the link below: https://gamingcontrolboard.pa.gov/SelfExclusion/Default.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2fSelfExclusion.
Please be sure to review the Self-Exclusion Online Enrollment Guide, which will take you step-by-step through the sign-up process and the information required to complete enrollment.
Alternatively, you can schedule an appointment at the Board’s Harrisburg office or at a Pennsylvania casino in person. To make an appointment, contact the Board at (717) 346-8300, Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30pm or email problemgambling@pa.gov.

During this time, you will not be able to re-open your account or take part in any games at any iGaming facilities in Pennsylvania.
